Why so darn good? "For only a few dollars more than what you'd spend at a hostel for a double room, this hotel provides spotless and nicely decorated rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a nice view of the lake."
Location: "About a 15 minute walk or a $3 cab ride from the center of Bariloche."
Rooms: "Rooms are not particularly huge, but they are nicely decorated. The rooms in the back have a great view over the lake in Bariloche. The backyard is a well taken-care-of garden and you can pull chairs outside to enjoy."
Food: "Breakfast includes homemade bread baked every day and preserves. A kitchen is available to either cook in the hotel or bring back food to heat up."
Vibe: "Relaxed, clean, nice."
Keep in Mind: "The hotel offers a deal that if you stay 5 nights you get one free. We weren't planning to stay that long, but found the hotel a great place to relax and regroup. Free wi-fi (also in the rooms)."
