What makes Grace's Secret Garden B & B so Darn Good? You are in red rock heaven at Grace’s Secret Garden, with clear views of striking red rock formations from the front of the ranch house. The owner, Grace, is incredibly sweet and helpful, and she sure knows how to cook up a good breakfast.
Location: Just about halfway between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon, Sedona is famous for its magnificent red rocks and energy vortexes, whatever those are. Grace’s is located at the bottom of Sedona in a residential neighborhood, close to some great trailheads.
Rooms: We stayed in the Canyon Suite which was large and had a private entrance. We particularly remember the abundance of big, fluffy towels. Ask for the Red Rock Vista Room if you want great views of the rocks right from your room. All of the guest rooms are comfortable and finely decorated.
Food: Breakfast is not to be missed at Grace’s. Warm scones, buttermilk biscuits, fresh fruit, and Polish pancakes with blueberries are just some of the treats that grace Grace’s table. Don't forget to top your fruit salad with whipped cream! Chatting with Grace, her neighbors, friends, and other guests at breakfast was quite fun and we definitely looked forward to morning festivities at this absolutely delightful B & B.
Vibe: There's just something about Grace. She's warm, friendly, doting, welcoming, and truly lovable. Besides spoiling us at breakfast, she gave us plenty of wonderful tips about things to do in Sedona, showered our seven month old with attention, and even gave us carrots to feed the horses next door.
Things to Keep in Mind: Grace’s Secret Garden is not on the main strip and is a short drive to shops and restaurants.
