What makes The Green Backpackers so Darn Good? "The hostel, only one year old, is small but the atmosphere on the inside is big. When you first arrive at the hostel, you step right into a living room; it feels immediately like a home."
Location: "Mitzpe Ramon is a small town in the Israeli Negev Desert. The Green Backpackers is located within five minutes walking distance to the tourist information center and the start of many hiking trails through the Makhtesh."
Rooms: "Hostel dorms and private rooms. The hostel is spread across two homes in the town (just down the street from one another)."
Food: "Breakfast is basic hostel fare, and you just chip in a bit to the jar."
Vibe: "Backpacker vibe."
Keep in Mind: "The Green Backpackers is not luxury, but the people who stay here and the hostel owners make sure everyone is happy."
